Thank you for considering Grace First Presbyterian Church for your wedding! In so doing, you are making a decision to celebrate your marriage through a Christian worship service in which every effort will be made to focus attention upon the gift of God’s love.
We have a facility that provides a beautiful location for a wedding, and staff that are helpful and dedicated to making your wedding day memorable and joyous. The sanctuary has a seating capacity of 300 with 16 rows of pews on each side of the center aisle.

Should you have more questions, or if you decide to reserve Grace First for your wedding, please contact our church office at 562-420-3393. We will set set an appointment for you to go over our wedding booklet and policies (which should answer all of your questions) and take your deposit to reserve your wedding date.

The Ministry Center and Kitchen of Grace First may also be reserved for receptions. Speak with our Wedding Coordinator for more information about that possibility if you are interested.
It is expected that a pastor of this church will officiate at your wedding service. If, however, you wish to have another pastor perform the service, arrangements may be made at the discretion of our senior pastor to extend an invitation to a guest pastor. In such an event, the guest pastor must be present at the wedding rehearsal. If you use one of our pastors, a counseling appointment is required by the pastoral staff at Grace First Presbyterian Church. You will need to schedule your appointment with the pastor at least two months prior to your wedding date.
Our wedding coordinator is Meghan Carnal. Once you have reserved your wedding date, Meghan will be in touch with you to go over the details of your event and will be with you every step of the way to make your day a joyous one! Meghan will assist you with all of your planning needs. She is your church contact for information, scheduling, policy and payment of fees. She will also help direct your rehearsal by aiding the pastor in preparing your wedding party for your ceremony. At the wedding, the wedding coordinator opens and closes the church, assists the wedding party, directs the photographers and is available for any last minute consultation. Outside wedding consultants may be involved in the rehearsal or ceremony, but must work in conjunction with our wedding coordinator.
